the brief

Durham School is committed to providing a first-class all-round education for all its girls and boys so we didn't want to let them down with half a website. With former pupils such as Sir Peter Vardy and Alex Armstrong, we wanted to show that Durham School was one of the finest in the region.

how we tackled it

We worked with Nicola McCann, the Marketing Director at Durham School to create an initial brief of exactly what the School needed and what they didn't.

We then created a bespoke design that tied in with the School's rich heritage and our developers integrated that with our own custom CMS.

Working with Edward Robertson, from the initial brief for the new Durham School website and then all the way through the design and implementation process has been an absolute pleasure. We are delighted with the final result which has fulfilled our long list of requirements to ensure an efficient, informative and enjoyable experience for all of our visitors, be they current, prospective or former pupils and parents of the school.

Nothing was too much trouble for the team and their expertise and advice has meant that Durham School is leading the way with their innovative and interactive school website. Our CMS now allows us to control everything at the touch of a button and to interact with all of our social media sites and we are even ready to take this to the next level, whenever that may be!

The Durham School site is a website that we're very proud of, particularly as Simon and myself are old pupils of the school. It was nice to give something back after so many years!
